How long will it take to receive my item?
Most items will ship directly to you (no PO Boxes please) from Buford, GA. Normal production time is 2 — 3 weeks with estimated shipping time of 2—3 days (west coast 4—5 days).
Can I exchange my order?
Most of our products are backed by our Hassle Free Exchange guarantee and fall under our 14 Day Exchange Policy. These items may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The following items are NEVER
exchangeable:
- Bulk product orders
- Any item that has been worn, used or altered
- Any item with tags removed
Note:
Normally the care label instructions pertain to the garment, not the embroidery. Special care should be taken when laundering embroidered garments.
Since the condition of use, washing, pressing and cleaning, etc. vary in use of yarns and threads, the purchaser should assume himself by preliminary tests that the dye fastness of the yarn or thread is 100% colorfast to crocking or washing under all conditions. We cannot be responsible for any consequential damages since the value of the thread is so disproportionate to the value of the goods into which it is stitched.
